Energy Efficiency and Conservation Clearing House Indonesia
Policy measure

The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR) established a Energy Efficiency and Conservation Clearing House with the purpose of providing knowledge management resources for project development (EECHI, 2012). More specifically, the Clearinghouse was to manage the exchange of data and information on energy efficiency and conservation for the industry sector and commercial buildings (APERC, 2010).

Outcomes

According to the Indonesian Minister for Energy and Mineral Resources (2008), the Energy Conservation Clearinghouse has not developed despite the efforts due to constraints such as the lack of capacity building and limited financial support.
